Clear Directions = Clear Destinations
I remember when I was a kid going on a road trip as a family. I would dread the end of the day in the car when my map holding Mother was trying to give directions to my steering wheel holding Father. The goal was to get to the hotel we were planning on dining at and staying the night. Inevitably we would end up on the wrong off ramp and drive miles out of our way while tired and hungry trying to find a turn around spot to set us back on course again. By the time we found the location everyone was upset, hungry and very unhappy. Thank goodness the age of the magical mystery tour has gone the way of the dinosaur. With the advent of google maps and our friend Siri we get clear concise directions 99% of the time and she can even help us avert accidents and traffic jams. No wrong turns or car sickness from looking down at a map!
At CFLT your coaches are like Siri. We like to meet with you every 90 days to help you figure out your road map to success. The fifteen minute appointment will help you avoid many unproductive and frustrating turns on your path to your goals. We start every meeting with the following 4 questions:
- What are you most excited about in your health and fitness journey over the past 90 days?
- What areas are you struggling in?
- How will you feel when you overcome the areas you are struggling in?
- Can you identify the barriers that are in the way of your success?
Once we have answered those simple questions we can move forward by providing a step by step plan to help you get where you want to go. Just like Google Maps all you need to do is ask and we will get you there.
