Whether your child is playing at an elite level in a sport or relatively inactive they will learn new skills to benefit them in every area of life.
Our number one goal is to make your child’s CrossFit class the best hour of their day.
The benefits of CrossFit training for youth include increase speed, agility, power, strength, stamina, coordination, accuracy and flexibility.
Our encouraging and enthusiastic coaches will help your child leave each session feeling strong, confident and successful.

Fall 2024 Youth CrossFit Sessions

Teen CrossFit
Fall 2024

11 – 16 yrs

September 11th-December 18th, 2024
Wednesday 4-5 pm
Must be 11 yrs or older by September 1st, 2024
Cost $255 plus GST for 3 months

Kids CrossFit
Fall 2024

7-10 yrs

September 12th-December 19th, 2024 * please note no class on October 31st
Thursdays 3:45 -4:45 pm
Must be 7 yrs or older by September 1, 2024
Cost $255 plus GST for 3 months

Olympic Lifting
Summer 2024

13 – 16 yrs

6 week Session
Tuesdays 6-7 pm
Must be 13 yrs or older by April 1st, 2024
$120 plus GST for session
$28 including GST for drop in
