Strength is the foundation of performance. Building a solid baseline of strength benefits every aspect of your life, both in and out of the gym.
This 6-week program is designed to help you develop proper technique and build strength in the three cornerstone lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each week, you’ll progress through structured training that targets a specific strength goal, with tailored accessory work and guidance to support your development.
Whether you’re looking to improve performance, increase confidence with the barbell, or establish long-term strength, this program will give you the tools and coaching to get there.
This 10 session camp will help to prepare athletes for the Hyrox Vancouver Event on December 20-21, 2025

Want some coaching, advice and prep time for the Thanksgiving Throwdown? Come to this workshop on Tuesday September 30th @ 7-8:30 pm.
Coach Caleb will go over the workouts, answer questions, discuss warm up and fueling strategies and give time to practice the movements.
