Strength is the foundation of performance. Building a solid baseline of strength benefits every aspect of your life, both in and out of the gym.
This 6-week program is designed to help you develop proper technique and build strength in the three cornerstone lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Each week, you’ll progress through structured training that targets a specific strength goal, with tailored accessory work and guidance to support your development.
Whether you’re looking to improve performance, increase confidence with the barbell, or establish long-term strength, this program will give you the tools and coaching to get there.
6-week Small Group Gymnastics Course focused on refining the toes to bar, hanging knee raise, full and partial wall walks and kipping and jumping pull ups and chest to bar pull ups.
This course is ideal for those who are competing in the CrossFit Open.
Limited to 8 participants.
6-week nutrition course focused on healthy habits. Ideal for those looking to improve their lifestyle and well-being. First Meeting is Wednesday January 14 @ 6 pm.
