Take your pulling power to the next level and unlock one of the most dynamic skills in gymnastics and functional fitness. This 2-week Bar Muscle-Up Clinic is built for athletes who already have strong kipping mechanics and are ready to convert that power into smooth, efficient bar muscle-ups.

What You’ll Learn:
Throughout the clinic, we’ll break the bar muscle-up into its essential components and help you bridge the gap between chest-to-bar pull-ups and getting over the bar:
Program Structure:
Each session includes a structured warm-up, targeted skill development, drill progressions, and coached practice time. Athletes will receive individualized feedback and actionable cues to accelerate progress both in and out of class.
Who It’s For:
This clinic is ideal for intermediate athletes who can consistently perform kipping chest-to-bar pull-ups and are working toward their first bar muscle-up—or looking to refine and link reps more efficiently.
Outcome:
By the end of the 2 weeks, you’ll have a clear understanding of the mechanics, improved timing and coordination, and the tools needed to achieve or improve your bar muscle-up.

This 2-week Ring Muscle-Up Clinic is designed for athletes who already have a solid strength foundation and are looking to refine technique, build efficiency, and confidently perform ring muscle-ups.

This clinic is ideal for intermediate athletes who are close to achieving their first ring muscle-up or looking to clean up inconsistencies in their current movement.
Outcome:
By the end of the clinic, you’ll have a deeper understanding of the movement, improved technique, and a clear path toward achieving consistent, efficient ring muscle-ups.
Join our 4-week Pull Up Course designed to enhance your strength and mastery of kipping chin over bar and chest to bar pull ups. This course focuses on developing foundational upper body and core strength in a small group environment with a maximum of 8 participants.
