Foundations

Foundations is your starting point in your CrossFit Journey where you will spend 6 one on one sessions learning:

the majority of movements used in CrossFit and how to scale appropriately 
how to move safely with good technique
how to eat to maximize health and performance
what to expect in a group class environment

You will be challenged and feel successful!

Foundations Gold 6 Sessions (4 CrossFit + 2 Nutrition)

$375 + GST

  • 4 – one-on-one Foundations sessions with our Foundations coaches to be used within a 28 day period
  • Learn the proper technique for the movements you will do in our classes
  • Initial consultation and health assessment
  • 4 weeks customized meal plans (with grocery lists)
  • Goal setting
  • Comprehensive nutrition handbook
  • Biometric testing  and Inbody Scan to test muscle mass and body fat
  • Weekly Virtual check-ins & Follow up visit
  • Graduate to CFLT – Nutrition Phase 2: On-going coaching after completing this program ($85-$125/month)

Foundations Basic 4 Sessions

$265 + GST

  • Intro to  nutrition handbook
  •  Inbody Scan to test muscle mass and body fat
