Starting an exercise program can be scary so we created a program that is fun, strength based, varied intensity and effective. Over the 6 weeks, you will learn to move well, gain confidence and get stronger. Your journey will start with an Inbody Scan to determine your muscle mass and body fat % and we’ve got lots of nutrition tips and tricks to help you out along the way.
