CFLT Fit for Life 6 Week Strength and Conditioning Session
We know starting an exercise program can be scary so we created a program that is fun, strength based, low intensity and effective. Over the 6 weeks you will learn to move well, gain confidence and get stronger. To start you journey you will have an Inbody Scan to determine your muscle mass and body fat % and will be given lots of tips and tricks improve your nutrition too. No experience or special skills are necessary to join this class so lets get started!
