Starting an exercise program can be scary so we created a program that is fun, strength based, varied intensity and effective. You don’t need any prior experience to join this program and everything we do is scaleable and adaptable to regardless of your limitations.
Classes Days and Times:
- Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am or 7 pm
- Saturdays 11:30 am each week
- Yoga 7:15 pm
- 40min Fitness Monday, Wednesday and Friday 12:10-12:50 pm
9 class per month (2x per week) $142 + GST
13 classes per month* (3x per week) $163 + GST
