Caileigh can’t wait help you achieve both your fitness and nutrition goals. If you want to lose weight, stay safe and get strong Caileigh has the training and experience to get you there. She holds her Crossfit Kids, CrossFit Level 2, CrossFit Gymnastics, and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Coaching certificates and has a degree in kinesiology, and is a certified Strength and Conditioning coach through the NSCA. Caleigh is a co-owner of CrossFit LifeTree and has been doing CrossFit since 2013.
Caleb’s passion is to help you move well and often. He brings an infectious enthusiasm for the sport of CrossFit to every session you attend. Since discovering the sport in 2012 he has earned his CrossFit Level 2 and CrossFit Olympic Lifting coaches certificates and has the NCCP Weightlifting Coach certification. As a graduate from Camosun with a diploma in Sports Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport and Fitness Leadership he has the education and qualifications to help you achieve the results you are looking for.
Tracey understands your desire to stay strong as you age whether you are 19 or 79. As a masters athlete and a fitness coach for 10 years she is committed to helping you develop a lifelong love for healthy eating and physical training by bringing laughter and fun into every session. After discovering CrossFit in 2013 she obtained her CrossFit Level 2 coaching certificate,and is one of the co-owners of CrossFit LifeTree.
Of course you want to maximize your time in the gym by fueling your body the best way possible and Meghan is here to help. As a CrossFit Level 1 coach, certified nutrition coach and lifelong athlete she is continuously researching, and advancing her nutrition and coaching knowledge to help you achieve your desired results. Meghan will get you looking good, feeling great and performing your best.
