Thanksgiving Throwdown @CFLT
Grab a workout buddy and sign up for this amazing one day event that sure to take care of any damage done from the feasting from your Thanksgiving dinner. This will be fun, fierce and entertaining. The event fills up fast so be sure to register today. (CFLT members only until September 1st)

Format
- Same gender pairs.
- Tees and Tanks for all Athletes.
- Prizes for top 3 in each gender and category.
- Scaled or RX Divisions.
- 3 Workouts with 1 Floater WOD.
- Workouts will be both outside and inside so dress in layers!
- Must be registered by September 9th to get the Tee or Tank.

- Deadlift @ 205/275-lb
- 15′ rope climbs
- Push press @ 95/135
SCALED
- Deadlifts @ 155/225-lb
- Power clean @ 65/95-lb
- Hanging knee raises
- Push press @ 65/95-lb
