  • Whether you are looking for group classes, personal training or a combination of both, we know your needs for training are unique and therefore we do not offer cookie cutter options. 
  • If you are new to CrossFit regardless of what type of membership you are looking for your first step is complete our Foundations program.
  • Please book your Free Intro today so we can set up a membership that fits your individual needs. 

Group CrossFit Classes

6 classes per week Monthly Payment

$175 +GST 

  • Attend up to 6 classes per week.
  • Your membership automatically renews on the same day it is started. 
  • Workouts are the different every day so you never have to miss one. 
  • Gold standard for members looking  for the best results from our programming. 

13 classes per month Monthly Payment

$155 +GST 

  • Attend 13 classes within a monthly period.
  • Your membership automatically renews on the same day it is started. 
  • This membership equates to 3 classes per week if you come consistently.
  • This is the ideal for those getting back into fitness or  looking to enhance training in another sport. 
  • If you miss a class one week you can make it up the next as long as it is within the monthly term.

9 classes per month Monthly Payment

$135 +GST

  • Attend 9 classes within a monthly period.
  • Ideal for those who want to supplement their training in another sport. 
  • Your membership automatically renews on the same day it is started. 
  • This membership equates to 2 classes per week if you come consistently.
  • If you miss a class one week you can make it up the next as long as it is within the monthly term.

Hybrid and Personal Training Memberships

3 Group Classes +1 Personal Training Weekly Monthly

$460+GST

  • Access to attend up to 13 classes per month (average 3x per week)
  • 1 – 60 min personal training session with your coach.

2 Personal Training Sessions a week Monthly

$630+GST

  • Work twice a week one on one with your coach on a training program designed specifically for your individual goals. 
  • Appointments can be set at times that are most convenient with your schedule.
