Group CrossFit Classes

Hybrid and Personal Training Memberships
6 Group Classes +1 Personal Training Weekly Monthly
- Access to attend up to 6 group CrossFit classes per week.
- 1 – 60 min personal training session with your coach.

2 Personal Training Sessions a week Monthly
- Work twice a week one on one with your coach on a training program designed specifically for your individual goals.
- Appointments can be set at times that are most convenient with your schedule.
