We know it is hard to commit to a full month of classes in the summer so based on the requests of our community we are offering the following workshops.
Refining the Snatch
Tuesday, August 10th, 2021 7-8 pm
The set up, the position of the feet, the gaze…so many ways to improve your performance in the snatch. Coach Caleb will lead you through progressions that will help you with your mastery of this complexed Olympic lift.

Toes to Bar
Tuesday, August 17th, 2021 7-8 pm
Coach Caileigh has some great skills and drills to share that will help you with that elusive Toes to Bar movement. Whether you are looking to get your first rep or improve your technique this is a workshop you won’t want to miss.

The Muscle Up
Tuesday, August 24th, 2021 7-8 pm
The Muscle Up requires strength, timing and practice to achieve. Coach Caileigh will be sharing some great drills, tips and tricks that will put that first muscle up in your sights or improve your efficiency in the movement.

Kipping Pull Up
Tuesday, August 31st, 2021 7-8 pm
We have been away from the pull up bar for a while and we want to help you to blow the dust off your technique in the kipping pull up. Coach Caileigh will help you identify the faults and fix them in your kip and your pull.

Rope Climbs

Nothing makes you feel like a kid again like climbing a rope! Coach Caleb will be helping you refine your leg lock hold, your grip and efficiency in this fun movement.
