Our Spring Mobility sessions focusing on gentle movement, stretching and relaxation are the perfect way to decompress the mind and care for your body.
We love high intensity at CrossFit because it works, but it is also important to learn how to slow down, breathe and find release.
We are excited to offer two ways to sign up:
- Live sessions at CrossFit Lifetree – Space is limited to 10 spots.
- Live on Zoom or watch the recording later.
