Fall 2023 Olympic Lifting Course
Do you want to improve your weightlifting technique to help you get towards that next personal record?
Have you been interested in trying out Olympic Weightlifting but don’t know where to start?
During this 6-week course, we will work on a variety of skills and drills, all aimed to help improve your technique and confidence in the snatch, and clean and jerk.
Coach Becca will help you develop strong and consistent technique in your lifts that will help you move more efficiently in workouts and work towards hitting that next personal record!

- Mondays, September 18th – October 30th (no class October 9th)
- 6 – 7 pm
- $120+GST for 6 sessions
- $25 + GST drop in attendance
