How do you work on getting better at mountain biking?
Just ride more right? That works for some folks, but it won’t always address your weaknesses as quickly or effectively as you’d like!
Our 6 week strength training program is going to help your mountain bike experience be more efficient and enjoyable. Through the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, plyo boxes and much more our weekly coach led class is going to strengthen your body to improve your mountain biking experience!
The hero dirt is nearly here! Get a head start this season and feel stronger on your bike!
You will be working on improving:
- Lower body stamina and power:
→Conquer punchy climbs and delay the leg burn!
- Upper body strength and endurance:
→Feel more support in your shoulders and arms to reinforce your torso in steep descents and tight corners
- Core strength and balance:
→Gain confidence in being able to stay on your line and in control of your bike
- Cardiovascular capacity:
→Bike stronger for longer!
