Back to the Bar – 6 Week Gymnastic Course
This gymnastic course will be focused on improving bar movements: kipping pull-ups, chest to bar and toes to bar. There will be an emphasis on developing solid positioning and movement patterns through technique drills and strength work.
For some of you it may have been awhile since you have had the chance to work on these skills so this is a great opportunity to get back on the bar!
This session is for all skill levels, no prerequisites required.
